Mr. Holm joined SAGA Private Equity in January 2024 with nearly 20 years’ experience within corporate law, securities regulation, and M&A, including corporate restructurings, bond issuances, IPOs & secondary offerings.
Mr. Holm is an experienced legal attorney with a private practice background at Bech-Bruun and Kromann Reumert as well as in-house counsel with the Maersk Group and Novonesis.
Mr. Holm holds a master’s degree in law from the University of Aarhus and New York University and is admitted to practice law in Denmark and the U.S. (New York State).
